What Is Integrative Medicine?
In short, integrative medicine is the combined use of evidence-based traditional medicine and complementary therapies.
What Are Your Office Hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
What Age Range Do You Treat?
We welcome all ages. Our providers are certified in family practice and trained in integrative medicine which means your entire family can be a part of Radiant.
Do You Accept Walk-in Appointments?
Priority scheduling is available for members of Radiant; however, an appointment is required so that we can properly address your needs and prevent long waiting times.
What Happens During My First Visit?
It’s very important to arrive 45 minutes early for your first appointment as new patients have extensive paperwork to complete. Initial visits typically last 60-90 minutes. This allows the provider to thoroughly review your history and perform a physical examination. Please bring all pertinent medical records to your first appointment as these serve as the foundation of your care plan and allow our providers to tailor a more efficient treatment plan.
Can I See You and Still Keep My Primary Care Physician?
Absolutely! The integrative approach is all about teamwork.
Do You Accept My Insurance?
We gladly accept insurance. Call for individual plan details.
Can We Receive Reimbursement from Our Insurance Company?
We gladly provide “super bills” so that our patients can file for out of network reimbursement through their insurance carrier. Insurances typically reimburse a percentage of the costs directly to you. Since every insurance plan is different, we recommend you contact your insurance provider directly for more specific details.
Can I Use My Flexible Spending or Health Savings Accounts to Pay for Services?
FSA/HSA accounts can be used to pay for most services at Radiant. Aesthetics, memberships and packages are excluded from this type of coverage due to tax guidelines.
Do You Offer Financing?
Yes! And we will be happy to assist you with filing a financial application.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Our unique practice model gives patients the time they deserve. Therefore, we schedule fewer patients than a traditional practice and appreciate your respect for our time as much as we respect yours. We will charge a $75 fee for new patients and a $25 fee for established patients if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
Do I Need a Referral?
Not at all!
Do You Treat Common Illnesses Such As Sinus Infection, Urinary Tract Infection, Strep Throat, etc?
Yes! Just call to make an appointment at 502.410.0191.
